Human-Centered Leadership Starts With How We Connect
Research-informed leadership development, emotional intelligence, and transformational workshops for organizations that want healthier people, stronger teams, and more conscious leaders. The Love Thesis brings more than 10 years of research, community experience, strategic communication, and graduate-level study into interactive learning experiences designed for corporations, nonprofits,
educational institutions, and mission-driven organizations.
Through workshops, speaking, facilitated conversations, and customized organizational experiences, I help participants explore the human dimensions of leadership: self-awareness, emotional intelligence, communication, boundaries, resilience, psychological safety, cultural understanding, and meaningful connection.
Because organizational performance and human well-being do not have to compete.
Research-Informed Leadership Development & Human-Centered Organizational Learning
1
Who I Help
Corporations, nonprofits, educational institutions, and mission-driven organizations seeking to strengthen their people, leadership, workplace culture, and human connection.
I create research-informed learning experiences that explore the transformative role of self-love, emotional intelligence, conscious leadership, and human connection in the way we live, work, and lead.
I am also available for keynote speaking, workshops, panel discussions, podcast interviews, MC/hosting engagements, and transformational leadership experiences for conferences, organizations, schools, and community events.
2
What WE Develop
Emotional intelligence, conscious leadership, effective communication, psychological safety, healthy boundaries, resilience, and sustainable professional growth to lead with greater awareness while balancing empathy, accountability, and results.
Through facilitated learning, storytelling, academic research, and reflective exercises I guide participants in examining how identity, culture, relationships, emotional patterns, and our understanding of love influence the way we communicate, make decisions, establish boundaries, navigate conflict, and lead others.
Participants don't simply listen; they reflect, assess, discuss, practice, and apply. Through interactive learning, guided questionnaires, participant workbooks, practical exercises, somatic tools, and continued-learning resources, each experience is designed to turn insight into meaningful action.

The Outcome
The Love Thesis is different because my workshops create space for questioning, critical thinking, compassion, and meaningful self-reflection. Participants are invited to examine how lived experiences, cultural influences, learned beliefs, emotional patterns, and underlying assumptions can shape the way we communicate, lead, respond to conflict, and perceive others.
I don’t begin by asking, “What should you do differently?” Together, we first explore, “Why do you respond this way?” From that understanding, we discover how you can choose to respond differently. Participants move from awareness to practical application.
More than inspiration. Awareness becomes practice. Practice strengthens people, leadership, and organizational culture.
Participants leave equipped to:
-
Identify leadership strengths and opportunities for continued development.
-
Recognize emotional patterns that may influence workplace behavior and decision-making.
-
Practice communication strategies that balance empathy with accountability.
-
Establish healthier personal and professional boundaries.
-
Develop an individualized leadership action plan for continued growth.

The Full Story
Born and raised in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mx., my journey in the United States began in the year 2000. Since then, life has taken me through profound transformations; two marriages, motherhood to two daughters, the blessing of a stepson, countless reinventions, and the sacred unraveling of self. My path has never been linear. It has been human.
I hold two bachelor’s degrees; one in International Marketing earned in Mexico and another in Fine Arts in the United States. Yes, I am also a thespian at heart. Later, I pursued a Master’s degree in Communication and Leadership, expanding my passion for understanding human connection, identity, and collective consciousness.
Beyond academia, life itself became my greatest teacher.
Heartbreak, migration, love, loss, spirituality, creativity, motherhood, art, travel, silence, and rebirth have all shaped the woman I am today. Through painful mistakes and deeply transformative experiences, I began developing a more critical understanding of existence, one that bridges emotional intelligence, social sciences, spirituality, multiculturalism, and the exploration of our inner divine nature.
My personal and intellectual journey has led me into the study of consciousness, quantum philosophy, indigenous wisdom traditions, and expanded states of awareness. These experiences challenged me to confront my own “Yo” (my deepest self) and to question the ways we define identity, love, healing, and belonging.
While connecting with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures, I discovered the profound importance of intersectionality, collective healing, and spiritual connection across humanity. From academic research to ancestral wisdom, my curiosity about the intricate relationship between human beings and the universe continues to grow.
Today, I dedicate this space to collective exploration.
A space to learn from you.
To learn with you.
To question together.
To heal together.
To remember together.
My work centers on the study and expansion of LOVE — not merely as emotion, but as a transformative force capable of reshaping the way we live, lead, connect, and exist.
Your perspective is sacred.
Your truth matters.
Your experience is worthy of being honored.
I AM.
Welcome!

Mission
My mission is to empower individuals, leaders, and communities through workshops and speaking experiences centered on self-love, emotional intelligence, multicultural awareness, and conscious leadership.
Through storytelling, research, spirituality, and transformative dialogue, I help audiences cultivate deeper self-awareness, stronger human connection, and a more authentic relationship with themselves and others.
Vision
To create spaces where people feel seen, honored, challenged, and transformed.
I envision workplaces, communities, and homes where leadership is understood not simply as a title, but as the way we influence the lives of others.
A world where self-awareness strengthens leadership, empathy exists alongside accountability, boundaries protect human connection, and success does not require sacrificing our humanity. This work is an invitation:
to heal,
to remember,
to evolve,
and to lead from the soul.
Because ultimately, we are all leaders in someone’s life.
